At Soul Dog Shop, LLC, we want you and your furry friend to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened calming vests or wraps

  • Opened cooling vests or puppy kits

  • Personalized items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Contact us immediately

  •  with photos of the item and your order details.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund.
